Professional Renovation of Roof Windows

Roof windows, as an integral part of the roof's slope, are subjected to much more difficult weather conditions than standard vertical joinery. Direct exposure to intense UV radiation, lingering snow, and rainwater makes any leak or damage to the protective coating a serious threat to the house structure.

When do your windows require intervention?

When do your windows require intervention?

• Mechanical problems: resistance when opening or closing the sashes.
• Coating degradation: matting, cracking, or peeling of the varnish.
• Structural changes: visible discoloration and dark spots on the wood surface.

A quick response avoids costly replacement of the entire window and restores its full functionality.

Our Technological Process

Renovating a roof window is a multi-stage process that we carry out with the utmost care:

• Dust-free preparation: Old paint coatings are removed using professional grinders with a dust extraction system. Thanks to ventilated abrasive materials, we limit dust in the room to a minimum.
• Disassembly of elements: To ensure 100% protection, we disassemble glass units, gaskets, and flashing elements during work. This protects the components from accidental damage or paint contamination.
• Remmers Coating System: We use advanced Induline technology.
  • Primer: Induline GW 360 – deep wood protection.
  • Top coat: Induline LW-700 – spray-applied water-based coating with the highest resistance to UV and hail.
• Mechanical service: As part of the service, we perform comprehensive cleaning of flashings, maintenance of gaskets, and lubrication of hinges.

Why trust us?

• Durability for years: Properly performed renovation using Remmers systems extends the window's life by at least 10 years.
• Highest finish quality: Spray application guarantees perfect flow, color saturation, and no micro-foam.
• Resistance: The new coating is characterized by high flexibility (even at low temperatures) and a low tendency to yellow.
